When I went to go pick up the vehicle the lady behind the counter asked me if I knew where my car was. I stated I did not. We walked outside and she said oh it's right there handed me my keys and that was it. No one offered to look at the car with me to make sure that I was satisfied it was just here's your keys time to leave

The Body Shop staff was very kind and helpful. While it took a while to get my car back, I can't fault them as it was a delayed part delivery causing the problem. They kept me well informed of the status and worked with me to make sure I had a loaner after my rental period ended.
