We only took it here because it’s the only dealership near the house and our insurance works with them. If I had a choice, I would have gone somewhere else.

We had asked if they could also look at our stop/start that needed service. They told me they’d make a note. Then, the day we needed to pick it up they told me they wouldn’t have time to get to it. Now we have to make another appointment. Very inconvenient. They had the vehicle from Monday morning through Friday evening. I had called both departments (Body Shop and Service Center) before dropping off to make sure they could look at this for me. Not sure when I will be able to bring it back.

I was disappointed that the right rear quarter panel was not repaired it happened during the vandalism!!! there’s two deep scratches that occurred during the vandalism AAA called me and explained that there were several scratches on my vehicle I told them that I had never taken my vehicle off-road because I’ve been recovering from spinal surgery. AAA adjuster called me and explained that there were scratches all over my vehicle, I told her I have never taken my vehicle off-road. Although I did use a valet park my vehicle while I was at a restaurant for three hours. I have also taken my vehicle through a brushless car wash several times without seeing my vehicle in person no way of knowing that they were deep scratches on my right rear quarter panel. The AAA adjuster told me that all the scratches on my vehicle were made by the car wash company are used. I explain to the AAA adjuster that the car wash company I use is a brushless system. and any scratches on my vehicle we’re only superficial and easily wiped out using wax and a buffer. Once I picked up my vehicle from Parkway I did a quick walk around I was deeply disappointed when I saw the scratches on my right rear quarter panel and that AAA refuse to repaired them; so much so that I’m changing insurance companies!!!
