When I pay for repairs I expect my vehicle to be returned to the OEM condition. This was not the case with my most recent repairs. My passenger side window was shattered and I can still hear broken glass in my door when closed.

I'm dissatisfied, because the bumper was painted the wrong color and for one item that needed fixing, I was told I'd have to create an additional appointment (even though I included it on my original list of things needing to be fixed). I now have to bring the vehicle in again next week.
