Chris Schafer and the rest of the Parson’s crew gave fantastic service. This was my first time navigating the insurance claim process and Chris did a great job explaining and helping me understand the process. They handled all the supplementing and coordination with the insurance company and made the process very smooth. All in all communication was great, stuck to the timeline, and gave great service. 10/10 would recommend.
