Thier repair work is really great, but forgetting about me and not ordering my parts untill I called them although the day I was in there for the estimate every repair bay was empty. Should have offered some kind of consolation, they still got the job and payment yet I'm the one who had to wait.

After the printed repair estimate and conversation I went home, parked my truck to keep it as clean as possible although I needed it out in the country on those dirty country roads to empty my mothers house as that she passed. Well, 10 days later still no call so I called. As I was talking to the person on the phone he was ordering my parts as we spoke. They forgot about me! I went ahead with the repair though as that I have used them before and there work is excellent, but gees'. Could have at least offered to forgive the $100.00 deductable, that would have only been $10.00 a day that I waited before the parts ever got ordered plus I had to wait another 3 days due to the 4th of July holiday before they could get my truck in. Repair work excellent, Customer service....totally dropped the ball. Very happy and dissappointed at the same time !

Repair was okay, my frustration is that when they worked on driver door they scratched window tint pretty bad. Nobody said anything about it when I picked it up and I didn’t see it till I got home. I know things happen but to not say anything is very unprofessional.

One small spot on front bottom lip missed
