They were extremely courteous and professional, the shop was clean and also saw one of the Mechanics mopping the Garage floor. They kept me up to date every day via text message with what was going on with my vehicle, and the estimated date that my Vehicle would be completed. Extremely satisfied and would recommend Shop to anybody needing bodywork

My LED bulbs were not installed in the new headlight assembly R and L side. Right after my car was towed in to your shop I called and emphasized that I wanted my LED bulbs transferred to the new headlight assembly R and L side, I was assured they would be...and they weren't..that is aggravating....

I only put a 9 because I had to come back so they could fix my buffing job. I was disappointed that they didn’t put it on a machine to make sure there was no internal damage after I told them my check engine light came on. It didn’t come on before the accident and I want peace of mind knowing there is nothing internally wrong with my vehicle. But they didn’t do that for me. Other then that the body work looked great and they had the friendliest customer service. Over all I’m very happy with the body work they did on my Buick Verano! Thank you Pasadena Auto Collision!
