Emily not very welcoming when I brought my truck in. She set up my 4 pm appointment. She made me feel like they could not accept my truck because it was late in the day. She was better after a while. She should be welcoming no matter what time it is.

I had 2 vehicles in for repair, my 2024 F150 for Body work and sensor replacement in the front end. I also had my 2018 Ecosport in to replace a failed Heat Blend Door Acuator. In reference to the EcoSport, I am happy that the heat has been fixed and works again. But disappointed that a part was left off in the reassembly on the top part of the dashboard. In reference to the F150 work, the body shop did a great job and it looks great. They were very good at calling and communicating the status. It sounds like they got their part done and it waited several days for reprograming for the new sensors that were replaced in the front bumper. When I got he vehicle everything seemed to be working, but within 3 days I am consistently getting the same error messages that Pre-Collision Assist Not available that was coming up before the work was done. The cruise control function works, which didn't before the work which is nice.
