Thanks for keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle repair. Charlie and Stephanie were always eager to help. The only thing that I would suggest is that customers be informed beforehand that you do not accept checks. Otherwise, customer service is exceptional!

I am glad that Progressive had Paternosto’s for my service. From the moment I dropped my car off I felt that my car was in great hands. They called me with updates and even worked with me in my pick up time. I even received a call from the receptionist reminding me to get gas in my car because I was in empty. Thanks everyone.
