No matter what vehicle make and model, we handle any foreign and domestic repairs backed by our lifetime repair warranty on body and paint. While most shops only handle the basics, our services stretch as far as, but not limited to glass replacement, frame straightening, suspension work, restoring and a whole lot more. We use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) auto parts as well as the Celette Assembly Line Replication System (CALRS) to guarantee that your vehicle is like new again. Our shop is one of the very few that is an aluminum certified shops in Illinois as well. This is particularly critical for many cars that are partially or fully made with aluminum brands like: Acura, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar, Volvo and many more.

Repair wasn't fully completed. I understand there were issues with the insurance company but the in-house estimator was completely uninterested in actually attempting to show the insurance and we had to drive there and do it ourselves. The estimator was also completely uninterested in doing the additional repairs even when we said we were planning on working through our insurance for that cost or even paying out of pocket. I deeply regret having my car repaired here and wish anyone else could have done the work instead, but was forced to have a substandard and incomplete repair done by the insurance provider of the person who hit me.

My vehicle was not repaired well. It was done sloppy. I believe because it was challenging to deal with my insurance company, the repair was not done with yhe integrity it needed. You guys wanted the car out of the shop and did a poor job putting it back together. I am very disappointed.
