Guys did a great job repairing my car The paint and body work was spot on. I have Tricoat paint and the paint blending was great.

The repair job was excellent. However the detailing was horrendous. The leather was matte before and now its glossy- not only that its glossy, its spotty as that horrible gloss goo was not even applied evenly- I have pictures, and the car to show this.

Gary did an excellent job keeping me updated and assisting me every way with my repair. I was rear ended with my 4 day old car and was so upset. I felt very confident that Gary would return my Jaguar like new. He even assisted with my car rental and took over contacting the insurance company. His friendliness is truly appreciated during such a stressful time. The entire staff that I have worked with from the day I walked into the dealership to purchase my vehicle. Bill Benjamin is great to deal with; providing excellent customer care. Christian did a great job coming to my home and assisting with all technical questions. The staff works as a team.

I worked with Gary and he was fantastic! Also the technicians who replaced the bumper did a great job too, it looks factory new! Lastly, I was also really pleased with the painless dent removal. Excellent work all around!
