While most shops only handle the basics, our services stretch as far as, but not limited to glass replacement, frame straightening, suspension work, restoring and a whole lot more. We use only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) auto parts as well as the Celette Assembly Line Replication System (CALRS) to guarantee that your vehicle is like new again. Our shop is one of the very few that is an aluminum certified shops in Illinois as well. This is particularly critical for many cars that are partially or fully made with aluminum brands like: Acura, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Jaguar, Volvo and many more.

Used aftermarket parts and customer dissatisfied with the quality of the repair too, the right fender was sticking out a bit and you can see the sticky double sided tape.

I pointed out two things that was not on appraiser’s evaluation. I can tell that one was addressed and fixed. The other does not seem to be addressed and neither do I see any evidence of parts/labor or any explanation of my concern. (The exhaust on left side [site of impact] was louder after the accident. It’s still louder than it was beforehand, but no comments were made about it even being checked over.)

Despite the alignment not being checked the airbag light coming on and off during my use of it shouldn't be something I'm wondering if the airbag system is going to work on my next accident again I don't trust this vehicle being properly checked I was avoiding the survey but an airbag light shouldn't be something I'm dealing with afterwards
