Might recommend. But would warn that the timeframe to complete would not be met.

Missing the rear wiper blade when car was returned. Didn’t notice until later.

Customer Service

Initial estimate was two weeks to complete repairs. Actual time was nearly 5 weeks. Repeatedly I was told the car would be ready the next day. Then told that no it would be ready the day after. And on and on for almost 3 weeks.

Work was excellent! Communication was subpar as my car took 2 weeks without any real explaination as to why. I had to keep calling and asking.

My Experience

My car looks great! I do wish the communication was a bit better. I was told three days, and I was fine if it was longer. I left 2 messages just asking for status, soo I could plan my day. I finally reached a person on third try. I was told it would be done by end of day.Great! Five minutes later I get a call saying it is complete. Just be honest, I know you are doing your best. Honest communication. I hopefully will not need collision repair again, but would bring the car back if I did

This appeared to be a comedy of errors from beginning to end. I dropped off my car on a Wednesday morning and was told that it would likely be done by the following Tuesday. I heard nothing so I called on that Tuesday. It took three times before I was able to get anyone on the phone. The car was not ready and no one had communicated anything to me. What was a six day estimated repair took three weeks. I was given five different times the car would be done. When Sam gave me the third potential finish date (end of the week for Week 2), he told me something "really bad" would have to happen for the car not to be ready on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend. It wasn't. There were two more estimated days after that. I understand that the time may be delayed but (1) nothing was communicated to me early on when the job ended up being much larger than estimated and (2) the estimated timeframe just kept getting moved back. Even when I picked up the car, it wasn't ready. The low battery in the car met the car reset the front panel with the GPS/radio. It was not a huge delay but I had to get someone to come out and fix it before we left. There is no way that the mechanic driving the car out when it was finished did not see this prompt.
