I was working with Gary, starting from walking to the shop, inspecting and giving estimate, helping to get best price for parts after insurance approval, everything I got were original manufacture parts within budget, quick booking for repair, done it within 2 days, picked-up car before time. he kept it ready, neat and clean inside-outside. would definitely prefer him for any future service/repair work. Gary Mitchell in the Body Shop was VERY helpful, efficient and kind. He kept me informed of the delivery of body parts and a time to bring in my vehicle, as well as when my vehicle was ready. The girl at the check-in area was also helpful, when i dropped off my vehicle at night.

Gary Mitchell is fantastic. He has helped me in the past and was great. He regularly updates you on progress and does a great job all around. If I could, I would take my other cars to him. Great employee.

Gary was my contact person and he did an excellent job in managing the entire repair process for my car. He was able to collaborate with Mercedes Benz to get a new bumper for my car and I am extremely pleased with the workmanship. The repairs were completed in the exact timeframe that Gary had committed to which was really fast. When I picked up my car the repairs were flawless and the car had been cleaned inside and out. Gary was always in direct communication with me keeping me informed throughout the process. I give Patrick Jaguar 5 Stars and I highly recommend them for any bodywork repair.
