Havenât had my car in over a month.. repairs missed etc. would be 0 but the body managers made my experience slightly better.

Only comment is that I was informed car was ready for pick up an evening earlier. When I went to to pickup the early next morning, it took sometime to locate the car and it wasnât washed/cleaned.

It took three weeks, after I was initially told 7-10 days. All communication needed to be initiated by me. Was never given an official estimate time from the repair shop until after two weeks of waiting. Then "worst case" pick up date was pushed back three times.
