The 2 women that answered the phone in the beginning of the process were excellent. The man Matt that I later corresponded with not so much. I had to call for my status more than once. I only got texts for progress after I picked up my car. The car itself looks great. Thanks for cleaning it up

Everything looks great like before it happened. Only thing is the back sliding window of the pickup is a little stiff to push open and I hear a small bit of air coming from some where. I will reach out to see if they can adjust it.
