We currently have 5 frame machines, two full spray booths and one spray prep station. We have the right tools and knowledge to fix your vehicle right the first time. Patterson Auto Body does an excellent job. The office is very helpful and well qualified to answer any questions you may have. The repairs are done in a timely manner. Let me count the ways. Received the vehicle and it was not washed. I think that they do not care about the quality of their work. The ventilation had been changed. The back seats of the suv were in the down position. Not upright as I left it. When I got home I noticed an emblem was missing. I went back. Was told it was on order. I thanked them for not telling me. An apology and $3.50 will buy me a large regular coffee at dunkin. If you don't understand an apology means nothing to me. They replaced a part and it was different than the original. No explanation. Will not be going back if have another accident.
