Nolan Heffran is the employee who helped me from the first phone call I made to the time I picked up my car. He went above and beyond in every aspect. He throughly explained the process of getting my car fixed, was very knowledgeable about the insurance process, noticed damage to my car that I wouldn’t have found myself, informed me about car rental options, and answered all of my questions. When I was first bringing my car out to be looked at I didn’t know where I was going and drove past the building the first time. By the time I turned around, he was standing outside waving his arms so I could find the right place. I am a young female who went in alone and I immediately knew I could trust his expertise and suggestions - something that rarely happens elsewhere. Every time I stopped by, an employee jumped up to hold the door open for me and welcome me in, which definitely didn’t go unnoticed. My car looks absolutely wonderful now and I couldn’t be happier with the work that was done on it and the customer service I experienced. I also appreciate how fast my car could start being worked on. The parts were ordered the same day I brought it in and within a week it was complete. I truly hope Nolan and the entire team gets some recognition for the outstanding work that they do. Thank you so much!

My truck looks great, all my sensors were recalibrated and are working properly. Only issue I’ve found is the fog light on the drivers side doesn’t seem to fit correctly, it has a gap all the way way around it and doesn’t fit flush in the bumper. My headlights are off a little as well, drivers side is pointing down and slightly to the left.
