The guys I worked with made the experience so seamless. All it took was one phone call and they took all the stress away. My daughter’s dream car would have been totaled, but they worked so hard to make everything work. Her car came out looking brand new.

Nolan was the absolute best !! Can’t express that enough it’s a good feeling when you know you have someone on your side in your corner fighting for you; (my car was hit and I didn’t know anything about insurance or the process) Nolan took over and made sure I was treated fairly and heard. Although I can’t remember the tall guys name in the room with him, he was so sweet and so helpful as well really enjoyed my experience given the circumstances.

Nolan was awesome, keep me informed about repairs sent pictures and emails. He dealt with the insurance company. That might be so much better for me. He also helped rent car turned back in for me. Pattereson did the best customer service ever appreciate all the help with the repair repair repairs thank you so much.

Because Mr. Black and his team worked together to get my car looking like a brand new car again and the customer service and the information that was provided during the process of me getting my car back has made me a lifelong customer of Patterson along with all the other services that I have received and let me know that I am the number one customer even though you have other customers, but that’s how I was made to feel

As I stated in my previous comment, the working corporation between your department, the service department with Miss Laura The collision department with Mr. Black then working as a team shows me that Patterson works as a team. They’re not separate entities trying to step on each other. They were extremely kind and extremely informative and it like I said I will be a Life long customer of Patterson and my new car will come from Patterson because of your service department and your collision department
