The repair yes but the communication no! I feel like there should have been more communication in regards to exactly what was going to be done after I dropped my car off as if this wasn’t a claim repair. I feel like I was taken advantage of from the beginning. I had only stopped by to get an ESTIMATE but you required my claim number then took every dime from insurance and myself. There was a very invisible almost dent then I would have refused to get fixed. If any communication was there I would have said that but that got fixed first. I do not recommend services from Patterson

I love the staff and the way they text to keep me informed. I have had my car in there for accidents 3 times, none were my fault!! I have been very satisfied all 3 times. I would not take my car anywhere else.
