Had to leave my SUV an extra couple of days to have some paint work redone. When we picked it up everything was done just like brand new. They even washed it and vacuumed the inside, which I was not expecting but it sure was very nice!

The customer service and job completion was lazy. I was the one checking and calling to see how things were going. I asked for a bid on a golf ball ding, didnt get to it. The tire logo and valve stem cover were in car cup holder, i had to place them on. I paid cash and wasnt given an official receipt. Just a written word that i paid. Serv Advisor didnt walk me to my car and have me inspect. Just give me money and good bye. With plenty of body shops the comparison of service was below average.

Glen was wonderful: excellent customer service, very pleasant to work with. Based on interactions with him, and his responsiveness I have recommended two people to your facility. When I picked up my car it had a flat. The mechanic blamed a plug in the tire, despite the fact it did not bubble when sprayed. Never took it off to look at it, then said go to tire discounters and they will look at it. The interaction was so off putting and lack of concern for sending someone off with a flat tire that it made me wonder about the he quality of the repairs. I will rethink my future referrals based on that.

The employee that worked on my 2018 Tucson Sport did an excellent job and he went the extra mile and buffed out the rear bumper which I had scuffed up when putting suitcases in the car. That was really appreciated by my wife and I. The employee should have something put in his employee file about that and should be given an extra bonus for going over and beyond his job expectations. I am very serious about that. I worked in manatfor Shell Company for thirty years and know that can and should be done.

The person that repaired our vehicle at Patterson Collision Center went over and beyond his duties as we had scratches on our rear bumper from my putting suitcases into the vehicle from the rear tailgate from the wheels and he went the extra mile and buffed them out.
