Paul's did a great job. They are a Select Service vendor with my insurance. Everything was handled professionally and quickly. I had an estimate about 24 hours after the accident. Unfortunately, the vehicle was totaled, so no repair was pursued. Still, everyone I talked with was great and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future.

Very good workmanship. Just a long wait and having to pay about $500 out of pocket for rental car above and beyond what my insurance rental covered. Also developed coolant leak at right rear wheel. Paul’s needs to understand that a deer hit at 75 mph requiring a new radiator and condenser will break rigid coolant and refrigerant lines running to back of vehicle because all four lines are in a bundle attached to frame with brackets. I had to spend a lot of time to get my claim adjuster to agree to the repair. Paul’s attitude that the line break had nothing to do with the accident is not correct, according to Sterling Car Care that has been maintaining my Acadia.

The work was completed on my vehicle to my satisfaction. A couple small details I requested fixed/adjusted were taken care of quickly, Rachel handled all my concerns and requests and was a pleasure to work with. They also shuttled me back and forth to the Enterprise car rental in Romeo that was absolutely terrible in their customer service.
