Tim the body shop manager was and is very professional and kind. Answered any questions I had even if I thought he wouldn't be able to answer some. Made me feel more at ease about it all once I talked to him and realized how above and beyond they were going. Worked with me big time after a very inconvenient rental car issue, allowing me to get my car back asap! The front ladies were also so kind and professional. Shared a couple laughs as we finalized all the paperwork and payment which I always look out for!
