I would have given a ratting of 10 fir their work on the vehicle. The one thing I would have liked is a day before notice for picking up my car. I was out and about doing errands and had to go back home get the rental back, they were very busy, then wait for a ride to pick up my car right before the shop closed. So a day before notice would have been good to better plan for.
