Tracy does an excellent job of explaining what needs to be done and I was kept informed about when the job would be complete, etc. I was pleased with the new hood; the paint is perfectly matched and it looks great! Also, my car was nice and clean! Thank you for a job well done!

All the repairs looked perfect. The new bumper matched well. My car was the cleanest it has been in a long time. The repairs were finished soonER than I expected. A+ overall service. Hopefully I will not need an Auto Body Shop again, but should that happen, I now know a place I can trust.
