I was told it would take about a week to fix. It took almost three. Same response Every-time i asked for update. When i got my car back check engine light was on. It was NOT on when I left my car at payless. Technician seemed to just give me textbook excuse as to why. It was not until i asked to speak to the manager did technician jump into action to find out why. I lost out on two additional weeks of extra business income (more than i was expecting or planned for) because it took payless so long to fix my car. I feel payless should be compensating me for that excessive time. Getting an update from Payless was like pulling teeth!
