The front desk staff are exceptional and very helpful. Getting an initial visit and inspection was very easy and timely. The main guest check in and waiting area is amazing! It’s the cleanest and most comfortable setting. All the other shops are all too busy to even talk to you, they sre backed up for weeks and months. But Payless made time to talk with me and tried get my car into their shop in a timely manner. The shop techs did a great job repairing the body damage my 4Runner. They did miss replacing one small bolt on fender flair, and without hesitation; they agreed to immediately get my truck back in the shop to get this fixed

The work is immaculate. Alexis was attentive. The only thing they could have done better was shut the doors when they went home at night so my car app wouldn’t have sent me multiple alerts on vehicle unlock and door left open. Hopefully I’ll never need another repair, but if I ever do I would use them again
