The work is immaculate. Alexis was attentive. The only thing they could have done better was shut the doors when they went home at night so my car app wouldn’t have sent me multiple alerts on vehicle unlock and door left open. Hopefully I’ll never need another repair, but if I ever do I would use them again

It was my first time having my vehicle repaired with Payless Collision. I wasn’t really satisfied with it. The communication sucked. It was only thur text, and they only update you once a week (which is on a Tuesday) then when I picked it up the tire that needed to be fixed wasn’t fixed. Alexis stated that they will call the company that needed to buff the tire but they’re having a hard time getting a hold of them. And the detail phase sucks!!!! At Classic Collision they make sure that there customer are satisfied, they update twice a week and they make sure the inside and out is spotless clean. Payless please do BETTER! Thanks

Every thing was fine but I noticed some one had had looked through the stuff I keep in the arm rest between the seats. And I know that because I found my insurance card on the floor behind the front seats. And after detailing there is water spots all over the windows and mirrors. Otherwise all seems to be good. Thank you!
