Bill Noble’s communication was flawless. He updated me every step of the way. Payne & Sons got my nearly brand new car looking pristine again after a hit & run. They did all of the heavy lifting when it came to insurance & helped make a very miserable situation a little bit easier to bear. Paint & body look like new. There appears to be a very, very slight difference in the gap size between the hood & side panel on the side that was repaired compared to the other, but it isn’t visibly noticeable & does not impact the vehicle safety or performance. I only noticed because I’m extremely detail oriented, ran my fingers over the area & then measured. Again, it’s a minuscule difference that can’t be spotted with the naked eye.
