Working with Sully and Payne & Sons on my liability claim was a smooth and informative experience. The only challenging part was waiting for the insurance company to approve the supplements throughout the repair process. However, Sully kept me informed every step of the way, explaining what each supplement request was for and providing updates as they came in. Even though working through another driver’s insurance can be a tedious process, Payne & Sons did an outstanding job. My car looks like the accident never happened! I’m very impressed with the quality of their work and am so glad I chose them as my body shop.

I worked with Sully. From the time we dropped my wife's Toyota 4Runner off for hail damage, the process was transparent. Sully was on "point" working with our insurance.
