Excessive amount of time to make repairs. I presented my concerns at the beginning of selecting Payne and was assured that you did things different than other shops and I would have better attention. Later I am told that the length of time is just how the industry works, in effect making Payne and sons just like any other contractor. There's approximately 52 or 53 total hours spent on this truck to get it repaired and it took 7 weeks to get it back. I don't think that's reasonable and I would not recommend your business to anyone based on my experience

Mr.Bill has done a great job with my GMC sierra , he handles matters quick and take cares of business , give you up dates on your vehicle frequently and honest on work .. my sierra came out exactly how it was when I first bought it !! Payne and sons is the body shop to go to
