I had such an amazing experience with Payne & Sons Auto Body! From start to finish, their customer service was absolutely top tier. Ivan and Bill took care of everything and kept me updated every single day — I always knew exactly what was going on with my car. They went above and beyond by working directly with my insurance company and even had them come out to inspect the vehicle the same day. The entire process was smooth, professional, and so much faster than I expected. It’s rare to find a shop that communicates this well and truly cares about their customers. I’m beyond impressed and so thankful for their hard work. If you ever need bodywork done, Payne & Sons is definitely the place to go!

Ivan was very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. Explained clearly and stayed on top of the insurance company for us. This was about a 30 day job and he remained patient even when we (I) didn’t! Couldn’t be more pleased 😋

I am so happy that I brought my car to Payne and Son to have the door handles replaced. The work was done quickly. Mr. Bill was always pleasant and professional, and since the door handles arrived painted, I saves over $100.00 on the installation. I had poor quality door handles for so long that I was used to that ‘cheap’ feeling, and I wasn’t surprised that they broke. The new handles are definitely well-made, and now my car has her good attitude back again! Great work, Mr. Bill and Payne and Son!

I have unfortunately had to use a few body shops throughout the years and this shop by far was the best. Their communication, quality of the work and commitment was outstanding. I highlighted recommended Payne and Sons!
