I did not give this a 10 because the estimate for the repair was$1525, you got paid $1482 by the insurance company so the difference is $43. not $500.

I can always count on the team at Pefection Auto Body. My car always looks like new whenever they do repairs.. I recommend Perfection Auro Body to a lot of people that I know when they want to know where to go to have their car fixed. Everyone there does excellent work. This last visit I was over joyed with the job they did on my car after someone had vandalized it so bad. My car is my life it’s all I have at this point in my life.. There isn’t a problem with my vehicle that I wouldn’t trust Penta with. The entire team is dedicated to quality work, and I know that firsthand as a customer of 10+ years. My family also trusts no one else with their vehicles. The only reason I’m not giving a 10 at this time is that I’m still hearing several squeaks from my vehicle since it was returned to me. I was told it was a bolt issue, but I would appreciate having this fully resolved so the vehicle feels as good as it did before the repair.

There was a slight mix up where they called me too early to pick up my car. I dropped off my rental car and walked 1.5miles to the shop. When we figured out what happened they lent me a rental car for the day until the car was ready for pick up, a few hrs later

I recently had body work completed on my husband’s BMW and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we dropped off the vehicle, the team was professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the entire repair process. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The car looks absolutely amazing and the repairs were completed with great attention to detail. You would never know the vehicle had sustained any damage. The paint match was flawless, and the car was returned to us looking like new. What impressed me most was the excellent customer service especially from the owner Mike and his office manager Wendy. Everyone was friendly, honest and willing to answer any questions we had. They made what could have been a stressful situation incredibly easy.
