Passenger side mirror was not addressed even though it was highlighted with staff when I dropped off my SUV. Also, I expected that standard operating procedures for body shops would be to give you your car back washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. It’s not a huge deal, but for $5k in repairs, you would think it would have been on the radar.
