My insurance company suggested this was the collision center where I should take my vehicle. I told them it was a front end collision. I told them the vehicle had visible bumper damage and a new vibration in the vehicle after the crash. Well they covered the bumper and said the vibration was not related to the accident. I had the vehicle taken to another shop for a full inspection turns out the motor mounts had broken and the engine shifted forward an inch due to the impact. I guess this place doesn’t do thorough inspections of the vehicle just does what the insurance tells them.

I am contacting you regarding the repairs performed on my vehicle, and I am not satisfied with the quality of the work. The car was returned with multiple issues that were not present before the accident, including: Overspray on the windows Misaligned body panels Dents in areas that were not previously damaged Parts that should have been replaced with new ones were instead replaced with used parts This level of repair is unacceptable. I expect the vehicle to be restored to its proper pre-accident condition. I am requesting that all these issues be corrected immediately and properly, at no additional cost to me. Please advise on the next steps as soon as possible. Sincerely I have clear photo evidence from before and after the accident that supports all of these issues.
