My car just no longer drives the same. There is a rumble, grinding and shake when you apply the brakes. At time you can hear a knocking when you turn the corner. No tire valve caps on none of my tires.

I'm big on Customer Service as I'm a Supv in my profession and this is indeed an area that needs work. Communication is very on both ends of conversation no matter if you're the giver or recipient. No should NEVER be the first answer without explanation especially if it doesn't cause any hurt nor harm.
