Was misinformed several times about the day I could pick up the vehicle…..and then a message informing me my vehicle was ready was left on my office phone…I had taken the day off because I was told my vehicle would be ready, and I was at the body shop…clearly not at work..I was not contacted on my cellphone….

Initial appearance looks like a decent repair. But time will tell if the repair will hold up. My issue primarily is with the delays and no communication from the collision department. I was the one calling every week to get updates. Customer service was lacking.
