Both Mike and Kerry made this experience so different to what I expected! I was still in shock from my accident and they helped me get a rental, walked me thru everything and dare I say it was almost enjoyable! Thank goodness for people like this! They really care and even returned the rental car for me. Amazing. Highly recommend them.

I had to come back 2 times so far and tomorrow will be the 3rd for 2 weeks. The first time the car was not ready even though they stated it is and made me pay for it(fender still bent, no line on the door). I had to wait additional 4 days. I picked up the car. Then they forgot to clip the rubbber on the passenger door they changed the mirror for. Now the camera on the mirror they changed is not working so I have to go again. It’s a never ending hell. If I had any idea this would have happened I would have never ended up at this place. It’s a nightmare.
