Very unprofessional. Our car was suppose to be fixed in one week. It took 3 weeks to be fixed. We know that problems can occur but when we questioned the reason for such delay, people were very irritable and unpleasant. It felt like they were doing us a favor. At the end, when my husband went to pay the balance, after running the credit card, he questioned why there was a $30 fee on the top of the amount. He was then informed that a credit card fee was applied. Never he was given the choice of paying in a different manner. When over the phone I questioned that , once again the person was very reactive and rude. Very unpleasant experience indeed!

Though we had a few hiccups with the insurance at the end Michael came through and helped me 💯 % it can be frustrating dealing with car insurance after an accident especially when is not your fault. Michael was very professional and did everything possible to get my car ready as soon as possible. Thank you again.

Casey was WONDERFUL. Amazing girl The manager. She is the worst with customer service. Doesn’t listen and she has to be the one who is right. Is unacceptable that someone like that have that position, talk more about who runs that place and how she got there.

very minor problems. I am accustomed to the body shops in NYC where the place is dirty, the people are not helpful and if you don't negotiate the price you will get cheated. Performance is the opposite of all of that.
