Generally I would say good service and good customer service. I would bring my car back to them if need be. Whoever painted the car did miss two glaringly obvious spots. I told Nissan about it, and they of course would fix it. Generally satisfied and would use them again.

Passenger side mirror was not addressed even though it was highlighted with staff when I dropped off my SUV. Also, I expected that standard operating procedures for body shops would be to give you your car back washed and vacuumed as a courtesy. It’s not a huge deal, but for $5k in repairs, you would think it would have been on the radar.

Did not address or repair the broken right door mirror that I specifically brought to their attention when I left my Pathfinder with them.

Courteous personable and concerned about Making sure that getting my vehicle repaired and me having a vehicle to use and taking any apprehensions I may have out of a stressful situation and turning over to actually a great experience and then to see my vehicle come out looking like nothing ever happened!
