It was a very pleasant and smooth transaction all around. Bob explained everything to me and gave me peace of mind. The work was done faster than expected. My car was in great shape when I picked it up. I will definitely go to Performance Plus again should the need arise and insurance company will allow it. Word off advise to others ! if you can, bring your car here and not to Car Star. Thank you again for a job well done 👍🏻

The rating should be a 12 for very satisfied. Not only was the work completed on time but the staff had to go over and beyond to find the rare parts, procure them and install within a day. Also, since I bought the car, the inside door panel was loose and never felt secure. This was not part of the job but I did notice it was fixed—indicative of the quality service this shop is known for.
