I'm very happy to have had Performance Body Shop repair our vehicle & even though I had grown up around the neighborhood & I just wasn't told to go there in the first place. I'm just totally amazed on how all the staff in this shop communicate as a team & I've never had seen anything like that in my entire life... On day one of dropping off my vehicle & @ first; I had never met anyone over there @ all. A good friend of mine who takes care of all of the family vehicles for over thirty years had told me not to worry & that this Body Shop called Performance Body Shop are very honest people. They've been here for 20 plus years & so I did talk to the owner & he & all of the office staff & body shop staff had gone over all of my questions about how they work with other customers & I had felt a lot better knowing that the vehicle was in good hands. I was kept in the loop each & every day on texts & calls from the shop with pictures & that made me feel relaxed about it more as time went on with the work during the WHOLE process during the vehicle was in the shop. I had received a notification last evening by text that said that the vehicle was completely done & to come on down to the body shop on this Friday being June 27th, 2025 as of last evening... I did pickup my vehicle today & was very happy with the 😁results. I felt that I had received a NEW VEHICLE back into my hands; Yet even though my vehicle was a 2017 Toyota RAV4 in nice condition & after seeing there work was EXTREMELY EXCELLENT with their work on the vehicle. The staff @ the body shop know there stuff & taking care of the customer indeed; Sorry about the long essay office staff & body shop staff. I would HIGHLY recommend Performance Body Shop to anyone & knowing that when you drop off your vehicle & on returning to the body shop that your vehicle is as perfect or excellent condition; way before you brought your vehicle in for work to be done 🙂... The team at Performance Plus made everything completely seamless and to the point where I didn’t need to lift a finger. They handled everything from coordinating my rental on the morning I dropped off my vehicle to dropping my rental off for me when I picked up my vehicle. I got text messages at different intervals updating me on progress and estimated date of completion. My car was finished 2 days ahead of schedule and the work done was fantastic. Very happy with my experience!!
