This may seem like a petty request. However, just as a reminder that when a customer drops off their vehicle for example the whole vehicle intact; customer should receive their vehicle as a whole unit with everything intact no matter how minor it may be. For example, I noticed that we were missing the cap on the valve stem on one of the wheels. Again, does not take away the bigger picture, which is the professionalism that I experienced from speaking and dealing with workers at the shop.
