Communication was the best I’ve ever experienced. I made the claim with my insurance and got a call about setting things up within 15 minutes of me filing my claim. You were adamant to make sure insurance knew it was window and not a comp claim and did the work to make that happen! You kept me in the loop and were quick to give updates. I felt like it was a priority and you took care of it as quick as possible. Additionally, my wife had lost her Apple Watch 3 months ago, you found it and put it out for us! Everyone was super friendly and down to earth as well! Thanks for everything!

The parts that were fixed we are satisfied with however we were also given a mis diagnosis of needing a new transmission at a very high cost , found another shop for 3 grand less and then found out the transmission wasn't the actual problem
