My windshield wipers are not automatic and they said they weren’t before the accident. My head lights do not self adjust. They showed me how to manually do it. I told them I want both fixed and I have to keep calling. They are not fixed yet

I prefer not to type my thoughts. The leadership and customer service at this company are a joke. I will NEVER recommend them and I was forced to use this company due to my auto insurance. Very disappointing and poor experience!!!!
