A finishing part was forgotten. When I looked over the finished work, I noticed it immediately. I was a little disappointed that when they finished up the work, someone didn't look over it before they called me and said it was done. A simple review of their work, would have led them to see that they missed that part. I can say however, as soon as I pointed it out, they had the part ordered and it arrived within 1 business day. So I did appreciate the fact that they got it corrected quickly
