They did everything to be timely and do a great job but when I showed up to pick up the vehicle there were parts in the trunk that I luckily found so the car was not ready. Fortunately I found them before I left but this was a problem.

I WASN'T NOTIFIED AFTER THE INSURANCE COMPANY CALLED AND AUTHORIZED THE REPAIR. I HAD TO CALL THE TO GET AN APPT. IN ALL FAIRNESS I KNOW THIS WAS A VERY UNUSUAL WINTER AND THEY WERE VERY BUSY.

Great job on my car! The only concern I had was that I was quited for completion by Wed. My rental car was through Thurs and by Thurs afternoon, I still didn't have an update. My car was done Friday afternoon and they did a great job! Thank you!
