Customer service at the end was very cold and thought I would of had a better outcome with at least going out to my car to look at the repairs together not just hand me my keys and say your car is outside

Customer service at first was good , when I went to pick up my car my keys were handed to me , didn’t even walk outside to show me what was done , just said if you have any questions about the car call us , I thought at least it would have been nice to get a summary of the work that was done before I took the car , so that part was not professional.

My vehicle was scheduled for Nov. 14th but Pete's was able to get my vehicle in on Nov. 7th. I was able to save money and not rent a vehicle as I was on vacation the Week of Nov. 7th.
