I had a great experience with Pete’s Auto Body Shop. The staff was incredibly professional and took the time to explain the entire repair process in a way that was easy to understand. What really stood out was how personal the service felt they made me feel heard and took the time to get to know me, so it didn’t feel like I was just another customer. They kept me updated every step of the way, sending text messages with the status of my vehicle and even following up with phone calls. Their communication and attention to detail really made a stressful situation much more manageable. Highly recommend
