Simply put, AC worked prior to accident. Not working after repair. Never mentioned until picking up vehicle, then say it’s not something they could say came from the accident. However, again was working fine before they tore the vehicle down and even worse the car was now stuck with Heat blowing. Worst part was they never mentioned any of it until I came to pick up the vehicle as repaired. Have warned several family members and others not to visit the shop going forward and will continue to do so based on the way this situation was handled.

They were very professional, very well like They did a good job on my car my car looks brand new! I didn’t have time to vacuum my car out I had to get it to them before five. when I picked my car up, they have vacuum it out and everything!

Their price was 2 times the amount of another body shop i went to. I just had to use them because of my insurance… and if my truck was returned with everything the way it was when i dropped it off (besides the repairs) i might of been more likely to recommend them

They did a good job on my bumper but when i got my truck back the door panel on the inside was ripped off/broke and my side step didnt get tightened up when it was put back on, it rattles the whole time driving down the road and feels like its going to break every time i step on it!
