I think they went above and beyond! They cleaned the car well afterwards and even fixed my leather knife case that was in the car! Can not be happier.

First company could not start repair until Jan 15. So I contacted Pete’s and they took it in two days after I got Farm Bureau to review the new estimate. Finished work one week ahead of schedule. Work appears to be good quality.

Pete auto repair was good to work with. They arranged rides for me to get me to and from the car rental. Shaun The estimator was good at explaining what would need to be done and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. They are ongoing texts throughout the process to tell me the progress being made, and the estimated time of completion. In the end they under promised and over delivered it was ready earlier than the original estimate. Shaun was also very gracious and taking care of any concerns I had about the way things were done and made adjustments were necessary. I enjoyed working with Pete autobody and would recommend them to others.
