Was very rude , no explanation of what was happening which was nothing for 2 weeks and the guy that took my car was fired and the new guy did not keep me updated regarding the car , I kept calling and he never answered his phone and didn’t follow through with insurance until I had to chase them around to have u guys release my car because he didn’t put the supplemental while the car was being repaired, waited until I kept calling him, not happy with the service at all and would not ever recommend to anyone

Staff is rude and the other guy didn’t car about following through his job , I should not have to chase them around it’s there job to keep me informed, they didn’t I had to keep calling and calling and calling and many many texts.
