When I arrived to pick up my car it would have been beneficial to me to have had an employee point out what was done on the vehicle instead of just handing out my key for me to inspect the car myself and then leave. In fact I was expecting to have been met at the time of pick up by an employee.

Absolutely horrible experience! Left the car with you on December 30, 2024 to repair minor rear bumper cover damage. I was told that the repair would be completed in less than two weeks and parts were available. On January 16 Daniel told me the car was reassembled and to pick it up the next day. The next day, January 17, Daniel told me they painted it the wrong color and it would have to be repainted. On January 23 Daniel told me the car would be ready for pickup the next day, January 24. It was not ready and I talked to Mark the manager. He was rude and told me it was not finished. From January 24-30 I made numerous calls and received no response. I finally received the car on January 31. As a result of your incompetence the simple repair took 31 days! In addition to that I had to personally pay $510.76 to Enterprise car rental to cover the insurance cost caused by your extra days. Please sent the check to Dr. Don Shelton, 6226 Calle Empinada, San Diego CA 92120. This repair was to a month old 2025 BMW 740i for my wife. You did a very similar repair a year ago to her 2022 740 and things were very smooth. You used to have a great reputation. Something has happened to your shop in the past year.
